The Non-Traditional Office is a solution for businesses that need all the features of the Virtual Office, plus defined office space. As an extension of the Virtual Office, the Non-Traditional Office provides fully furnished office space, complete with high speed internet, utilities, cleaning service, and use of all common areas. Non-Traditional clients experience the benefits of a state-of-the-art office complex, without the large capital investment in equipment and resources. Executive Assistants are available to coordinate any administrative or concierge service required for daily tasks or special meetings. Conveniences such as quality laser printing and color copies are available on a per use basis. Non-Traditional Offices are available as needed – daily or short term contracts are available.

Meeting Rooms

For a convenient meeting or special event location, daily and half day room rental is available for the conference room at The Office Commons. The conference room can accommodate up to 35 people, and rental includes a lectern, high speed internet services, conference phone, wet bar and beverage service. Optionally, access to advanced technology audiovisual equipment is available. The staff can even arrange a catered meal or snacks. A smaller meeting room, accommodating up to six people, is available to rent by the hour. Free, on-site parking is available.
